In this case, the powder consists of graphite that is mixed with resin in the shape of cubes. After mixing, the resin dries out and the cubes separate from the mixture. Once dry, the cubes can be separated from the resin and then you have graphite cubes that can be sliced into different thicknesses for use. I have this tip recorded in an unused, little spiral bound spiral notebook where it also serves to remind me of the time and care I used to take in my younger days. The trick came to mind when I recently had occasion to explain the term “macro” to my son. While we are working the idea of “macro” comes in handy. What you often see when people use “micro” in reference to measurements is a lot of units of a size where you can’t practically use them as counting units. The reason for this is that they are too small. Obviously, when someone says that they have “a micro meter ruler” they don’t expect you to use the units for that ruler. But, in the context of the measurement of lengths for people who work in the measurement profession, they are still a counting tool and you would use them for counting. When you hear someone use “macro” you have to wonder if they are talking about the size of an eye ball. But if you ask them about the size of a tooth, they will likely tell you something like “it’s large.” We don’t use that word because “large” is too specific. We can say, however, that a macro is a measuring unit used to help you better understand the size of something. I assume that “macro” isn’t the size of the eye ball, but it is about the size of something else (perhaps, a hair). So that is how we use the word. What they’re really saying is that it’s a measuring unit that is large enough to help you understand better than the micro that is not big enough to use as an actual measurement tool. It’s not about an eye 1cb139a0ed
